How long do I have to perform the token swap?

The SWAP will continue in 2026 and beyond, and there is currently no end date set.

What is the minimum quantity required to perform a SWAP?
0.001 HEC or 0.001 ATEM.

When can I receive AUBE?
AUBE tokens are processed and become available for receipt every Wednesday through a weekly swap.

For example, if you transfer ATEM or HEC on a Wednesday, it will be swapped into AUBE the following Wednesday, and you will be able to receive it then.

[Step 1] Submit AUBE SWAP Request + inter-Transfer ATEM/HEC (e.g., Wednesday, April 16)

[Step 2] AUBE swap processing on the following Wednesday (e.g., April 23)
↓
[Step 3] AUBE becomes available for receipt!

* If it is a national holiday and our close day, it will be processed and the response may be delayed to a later date.

What is the application submission period?
There is currently no submission period for applications.

What is the internal transfer acceptance period?
There is currently no acceptance period for internal transfers.

How will I receive notifications related to the SWAP?
All SWAP-related notifications will be sent to the email address registered with your MetaX PRO account.

What happens if I send a refundable currency or make a mistake in the application?
Refundable currencies will be returned to the original sender.
Once you have submitted the Google Form correctly, you can make internal transfers as many times as you like, without any time limitation.
If the application form contains incorrect or missing information, the administration will contact you via email with instructions for resubmission.

How to do the ATEM or HEC to AUBE Coin swap guide

Preparation in advance

1. Create MetaX PRO account and Pass KYC

* only the account you sign up in email

* if you have already created MetaX PRO account and passed KYC, you can SKIP

2. Create ERC20 compatible wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Wallet Connect compatible wallet)

How to Swap your ATEM or HEC to AUBE Coin

STEP1. Submit Google form to fill in your information 

  Fill your information in Google form and Send us -> you can get the Google form 

• UID
• Email
• Wallet address（ERC20 compatible wallet）　

* If there is an error in your application form, please resubmit it with the correct information. Since we conduct the AUBE SWAP every Wednesday(GMT), please make sure to complete your resubmission by Tuesday at 23:59:59(GMT).

* Any application submitted again after Tuesday 23:59:59(GMT) will be reflected in the next internal transfer.

* Please note that if you submit an application with an incorrect wallet address and do not resubmit within the specified time, you may risk losing your assets.

* If you submitted an application but would like to change a wallet address, please resubmit your application using the form below.

* If there are any errors in your application other than the wallet address (such as UID or Email), please submit a new application again using the same form below.

* The order of internal transfer and form submission does not matter; however, if the internal transfer is completed first, please make sure to submit the form by Tuesday 23:59 UTC of the same week.

* If you have multiple MetaX PRO accounts, please submit the application from each account.

* If a transfer is received from an account without an application, it will not be eligible for exchange and will be refunded to the original sender's account.

STEP2. Send your ATEM or HEC in inter-transfer to Operational Account

２．Click on Funding page and find ATEM Withdraw button (This is for the ATEM case)

３．Choose "Inter Transfer" and you can choose below either email or UID as remittance destination

■ After you transfer ATEM or HEC to the operational account, the AUBE team will review and process your transaction.
At that time, the system will automatically validate whether your swap request has been submitted correctly and complies with the required guidelines.
If there are no issues with your request, AUBE will be reflected to the wallet address you provided in the "AUBE SWAP Request" form every Wednesday(GMT).

* Once your AUBE SWAP Request submission has been correctly completed, there is no limit to the number of internal transfers you can make.

STEP３. Connect to wallet in SWAP System and SWAP to AUBE Coin

* You need ETH for Gas Fee in your wallet. if you don't have it, you can't swap your ATEM/HEC to AUBE Coin

1. Connect to wallet that manages "AUBE token Swap System"

   Copy https://stake.metax-pro.io/ and paste it into your browser to access the site.
   * Using the in-app browser may cause errors and prevent you from proceeding properly.

2. Your connected Wallet information will be linked and displayed on the screen.

ATEM/HEC sent via internal remittance is converted to AUBE Coin at a swap rate of 100:1 and reflected on the screen.

The numbers displayed on the screen can only be displayed to the fourth decimal place. You can check the correct number of AUBE you can receive on EtherScan.

3. Now you have created a wallet you can start with the actual token swap process. Click on Token Receipt 

4. Click on Accept button

*ETH needs in your wallet to pay gas fee

5. If It worked properly, you can see the screen

6. If successful, the Available AUBE amount is immediately reflected in Received.

And you can also check your transaction History

7. Congrats, the token swap is done. you can check your AUBE Coin in your wallet (Assets screen)
