2.Terms of Use
(1) Privacy Policy

(2) Card Opening
When you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and government-issued ID number. We may also ask you to verify your passport and other identifying information.
Card activation and identity verification required before you can use the Card Account. If your identity is partially verified, full use of the Card Account will be restricted, but you may be able to use the Card for in-store purchase transactions.

After opening a card account, we may ask you to present a copy of your passport or other identification at any time if we determine that it is necessary to verify your identity, address, or transactions with your card account.
These measures are specifically designed to help us protect your identity and identify possible fraud on your Card Account. If we ask for specific identifying documents, we will have the right to immediately close or suspend your Card Account if those specific documents are not provided
(3) Deduction of fees
You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by your use of the card. If you allow others to access your card, card number, account number, or online login credentials, we will treat you as if you authorized such use, and you will be responsible for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons.
(4) Fraudulent or criminal account activity
We reserve the right to block, suspend, or cancel your card account if, as a result of our policies and processes, we detect any activity that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity, or that is inconsistent with this Agreement. If we detect unusual or suspicious account activity, we may temporarily suspend your card account. We will not be liable to you if we exercise this right, if the funds in your card account become unavailable, or if you are unable to use your card.
Restrictions to comply with the law or to circumvent our liability. Other restrictions to prevent fraud and other losses. For security reasons, we may limit the type, amount, or number of transactions that can be made with the card with or without prior notice. You may not use the card for illegal online gambling or other illegal transactions. We may increase, reduce, cancel, or suspend limits or add new limits at any time.
(5) Card replacement
If you need to replace (reissue) your card for any reason, please request a replacement from https://metax-pro.channel.io/home.
You will be required to provide personal information, including your card number, name, transaction history, and a copy of your approved ID. There is a fee for card replacement and prompt card delivery requests for replacement cards. For pricing details, please refer to the price list.
(6) Confidentiality
We may disclose information about your card account or transactions you make to third parties.
1) When necessary to complete the transaction.
2) To confirm the existence and status of the customer's card for a third party such as a merchant.
3) To comply with government agencies, court orders, or other legal or administrative reporting requirements.
4) When consent is given by giving written permission to our employees, auditors, affiliates, service providers or lawyers, as appropriate.
5) When it is otherwise necessary to perform our obligations under this Agreement.
(7) Our liability for failure to complete transactions
If we do not properly complete a transaction from your Card Account on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions.
We will not be liable, for instance:
1) If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough funds available on your Card Account to complete the transaction;
2) If a Merchant refuses to accept your Card or Virtual Account;
3) If an ATM where you are making a cash withdrawal does not have enough cash;
4) If an electronic terminal where you are making a transaction does not operate properly, and you knew about the problem when you initiated the transaction;
5) If access to your Card has been blocked after you reported your Card or Virtual Account lost or stolen;
6) If there is a hold or your funds are subject to legal or administrative process or other encumbrance restricting their use;
7) If we have reason to believe the requested transaction is unauthorized;
8) If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood, or computer or communication failure) prevent the completion of the transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken;
9) If we block, suspend or close your Card Account as a result of our reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity or activity that is inconsistent with this Agreement;
10) If we have requested documents to verify your identity, address, or transaction on your Card Account, and you have not provided all such requested documents; or
11) Any other exception stated in our Agreement with you.
