Withdrawal Procedures

*If you have not set a transaction password, please click here.

①　Log in to MetaX PRO (https://www.metax-pro.io/).

②　Click on your username in the upper right corner of the screen.

③　Click on “Funding” on the left side of the screen.

④　Click on the “Asset management” tab in the center of the screen.

Click “Withdraw” on the right side of the currency you wish to withdraw.

■ On Chain

*On Chain: Select this option when transferring currency to a destination that is not registered with MetaX PRO.

⑤　Click “Withdraw” to display the following image and enter the required information (e.g., if ATEM is selected).

⑥　Select the chain for making withdrawals (BEP20/ERC20 in this case).

* If an Ethereum (ERC-20 token) is mistakenly sent to a Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20 token) address, the transaction technically “succeeds” because both addresses are often in the same format, but the recipient cannot access the funds. In such cases, funds may be lost. Please be very careful when making your selection.

⑦　Enter the address of the withdrawal address.

※Supplementary information

There are three types of BTC addresses.

Addresses starting with 1 are called legacy.
Addresses starting with 3 are called SegWit.
Addresses starting with bc1 are called native segwit.

We only support "legacy addresses".

➇ 　 Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

⑨ 　If the information entered in 1, 2, and 3 is correct, click the Confirm Withdraw button.

⑩　Enter the “Trading password” and email address verification code you set.

　　​　 1）Trading password: Enter the trading password you have set. ​

　　​ 　2）Email Verification Code: Click on “Get code” and enter the verification code received at your registered email address. Enter the verification code you received at your registered email address.

⑪　Click “Confirm” when you have finished entering all the information.

⑫　Click on “Transfer Records” under “Funding” to check the status of your disbursement.

⑬　If the withdrawal request is confirmed and the “Status” is “Completed”, the withdrawal is complete.

■Inter transfer

* Inter transfer: Select this option if you wish to send currency to a payee registered with MetaX PRO.

*In the case of Inter transfer, please be assured the currency will be transferred without any problem even if the network (blockchain) is displayed in the history.

Steps ① through ④ and ⑨ through ⑬ are the same as above, so please refer to steps ⑤ through ⑧ in the following procedure.

⑭Select “Inter transfer” and click on it to display the following figure.

⑮　Enter the payee's information (you can choose Mobile/Email/UID).

⑯　Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
