How to set transaction passwords
① Log in to MetaX PRO (https://www.metax-pro.io/ ).
② Click on your username in the upper right corner of the screen
③ Click on “Settings” under “Trading password’’.
*If “Change” or “Reset” is displayed instead of “Settings” as shown in the image below, the transaction password has already been set.
*For details on “Change” and “Reset,” see P3 and P4.
④ Set a transaction password and click ‘’OK’’ (6-32 characters including upper and lower case letters and numbers).
⑤ Click “Get code” when the authentication code input screen is displayed.
⑥ A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number or email address.
Enter the code and click “Confirm” to complete your registration.
⑦ After registration, the information will be registered in the system in one business day, and you will be able to make an external remittance or withdrawal.
How to change your transaction password
There are two ways to change it.
1) Change: If you want to change the currently set password while you still remember it.
2) Reset: If you have forgotten your current password.
1) Change
① Click on “Change” under “Trading password”.
②Enter the current password in the “Password” field.
*If the password has already been entered, you can leave it as it is.
Enter the new password in the “New Password” field.
Click “OK” after entering all the information.
You can confirm that the password has been changed after one business day, as there is no email delivery.
2) Reset
① Click “Reset” under “Trading password’’.
② Enter the new password in the “New Password” field.
Click “OK” after entering all the information.
You will receive a confirmation that the password has been changed in one business day.
