Withdrawal Procedures

■Inter Transfer
* Inter transfer: Select this option if you wish to send currency to a payee registered with MetaX PRO.
*In the case of Inter transfer, please be assured the currency will be transferred without any problem even if the network (blockchain) is displayed in the history.
①Log in to MetaX PRO (https://www.metax-pro.io/).
Enter the phone number or email address registered with MetaX PRO and your password.
②When logging in, please complete the security verification.
Please follow the steps below:
Drag the slider to move the puzzle piece.
Align the puzzle piece with the correct position in the image.
Release the slider to complete the verification.
If the verification fails, please try again.
③After entering your login information, please complete Google Authentication.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in the app.
Tap Confirm to proceed.
If you wish to use a different verification method, select Choose another verification method.
④Tap “Assets.”
⑤Tap “Withdrawal.”
⑥Select the coin you would like to transfer.
⑦On the Withdrawal screen, select “Inter transfer.”
⑧Choose the transfer method under Way to transfer:
・Phone number
・Email
・UID
⑨Enter the transfer amount.
⑩Confirm the details and proceed with the transfer.
⑪Security Authentication
To complete the transaction, please follow the steps below:
Enter your Funds Password in the “Funds password” field.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in the app into the “Google Authentication” field.
If you prefer to use another verification method, tap “Choose another verification method.”
⑫After entering all required information, tap “Confirm” to proceed.
⑬Internal transfer completed.
■On-Chain
*On Chain: Select this option when transferring currency to a destination that is not registered with MetaX PRO.
①Log in to MetaX PRO (https://www.metax-pro.io/).
Enter the phone number or email address registered with MetaX PRO and your password.
②When logging in, please complete the security verification.
Please follow the steps below:
Drag the slider to move the puzzle piece.
Align the puzzle piece with the correct position in the image.
Release the slider to complete the verification.
If the verification fails, please try again.
③After entering your login information, please complete Google Authentication.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in the app.
Tap Confirm to proceed.
If you wish to use a different verification method, select Choose another verification method.
④Tap “Assets.”
⑤Tap “Withdrawal.”
⑥Select the coin you would like to transfer.
⑦On the Withdrawal screen, select “On-Chain.”
⑧Under Blockchain, choose the network you wish to use
*Make sure the selected blockchain matches the network of the recipient’s wallet address.
⑨After selecting the correct blockchain, proceed to enter the withdrawal address and amount.
⑩Confirm the details and proceed with the transfer.
⑪Security Authentication
To complete the transaction, please follow the steps below:
Enter your Funds Password in the “Funds password” field.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in the app into the “Google Authentication” field.
If you prefer to use another verification method, tap “Choose another verification method.”
⑫After entering all required information, tap “Confirm” to proceed.
